Reiki Share Circle
Reiki share nights were developed to provide continued
practical experience for Reiki practitioners as well as
an open forum for community members to experience Reiki.
Our share nights are informal meetings that start on time at
6:30 pm and end at 8:30 pm. The meetings begin
with introductions and are followed by a brief history
of Reiki. There is also time for an open discussion related to
Reiki and a question and answer session. Next, there
is a healing attunement which allows everyone present to
feel the Reiki energy. Lastly, we practice Reiki on
each other.

Intro to Reiki Lecture
In the Intro two hour workshop, we will discuss what Reiki is,
how it works, what it can be used for, it's history and the
origins of Reiki.
Reiki Level 1 & 2 Classes
Learn ancient healing techniques. Similar to a software download your
energy channels will open and you will be able to heal yourself and
others on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
Taught in one weekend guaranteed. Certificates given at end of class.
Students can take Level 1 only. Level 1 required before taking level 2.

Advanced Reiki Techniques and Reiki Master Class
This is a 3 day course. Advanced Reiki can be taught in 1 day. Reiki Master is taught in 2 days.
The student can take just Advanced Reiki, the Reiki Master Class is teacher level.
Practitioners must have at least 6 months experience with Reiki level 2 before taking these classes.

Therapeutic Yoga
Therapeutic yoga class offers a gentle series of yoga postures and stretches
with an emphasis on deep breathing & relaxation. This class will help you
stretch the back body & help open the spine. The practice of yoga promises
relief of stiffness, improvement in general health, emotional stability and
a positive mental outlook. This class will benefit the beginner student as
well as the experienced student.

Karuna Reiki & Karuna Master
This is an advanced Reiki Class taught to Reiki Masters with at least six
months experience at the Master level. Karuna Reiki is a more powerful and
higher frequency than the Usui Reiki. Karuna works on the etheric bodies
to help heal past karma as well as heal on a cellular level. Minimum of 2 students, maximum of 8.

Hatha Yoga Classes
Why Yoga? The benefits of physical yoga are great. The yoga postures or
asanas have evolved over the centuries so as to exercise every muscle,
nerve, and gland in the body. Weight control, slimming, firming, relief
of tension and stiffness, improvement in general health, emotional stability
and a positive mental outlook will be experienced.
Each class includes Pranayama (breath work), yoga Asanas (poses) and a guided meditation.
Chakra Toning Workshop
This one day workshop involves using sound and color to clear
the seven chakras. The tones are vowel sounds associated with
each Chakra. Participants will practise the sounds as a group
and at the end recite the Bija (the sanskrit word) associated
with each Chakra. Workshop will include history of using sound
for healing and how sounds healing works.
Restorative Yoga for Menopause
This class will Use gentle yoga poses as well as restorative poses to stimulate
the ovaries & pituitary gland to produce more hormones. This helps to reduce
the side effects that can accompany perimenopause & menopause.
Please bring a mat blanket and pillow.
Restorative Yoga for Insomnia
Through the use of props and positioning one is able to elicit a relaxation response
in the body that allows for a restful nights sleep even if you have previously been
unable to sleep through the night or have difficulty falling asleep.
Please bring a blanket and pillow.
Yoga for Back Care
If you have aches and pains in your back this is the class for you.
Learn which yoga poses are best suited for your condition by a licensed
physical therapist/certified yoga instructor. You will leave this
workshop with knowledge of yoga routine that will help promote a healthy spine.
